Project and Management Actions
The purpose of potential projects and management actions (PMAs) is to gather ideas that could be evaluated and ultimately included in the Butte Subbasin Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP). Once ideas are gathered, an initial screening and evaluation process will be conducted, followed by ranking of potential PMAs for more detailed evaluation and inclusion in the initial GSP.
Potential PMAs may fall under several categories, including but not limited to the following:
· Recharge projects
· Supply augmentation projects
· Water conservation projects
· Projects to reduce non-beneficial consumptive use
· Monitoring programs (inter-basin flows, stream-aquifer interactions, groundwater pumping etc.)
Do you have a project? Please provide supporting documentation and/or links to that documentation for each question, if available. NOTE: It is recognized that much of the requested information may not be available at this time. Have questions? please contact Anjanette Shadley.
Deadline was April 30, 2021, however please submit your project for consideration for inclusion in the future.
